Worm Atlas
These guys have mapped out the entire neural connectivity graph of a worm Caenorhabditis Elegans (C Elegans). Quite an accomplishment, considering the worm has 393 neurons and 7833 neuron-to-neuron connections, which had to be enumerated by hand (each connection is one or more synapses, as indicated by a number at the end of each line). Here is the graph.
